By making a booking you agree to the following terms and conditions:
a) pre-paying the service online via alert pay or paypal
b) If your party is larger than one individual, the person booking this service accepts full responsibility for payment and accepts these terms and conditions on behalf of every person within the party
c) You are entitled to cancel this booking at anytime. However, you must cancel by telephone or email.
d) You must present the email confirmation we send you, when you meet our driver at the airport.
e) We will deliver you to the address on your confirmation email. If you wish to alter these addresses, you must contact us by email at least 3 days prior to your arrival date. Any modifications to this booking may result in an additional charge.
f) You and the members of your party are entitled to two items of baggage, including a golf bag. Any extra baggage should be declared at booking. Algarve Transfers Direct may charge reserve the right to charge an additional fee of 5€ per extra bag.
g) Algarve Transfers Direct reserves the right to refuse to carry any person who is thought to be under the influence of alcohol or drugs or whose behaviour is considered to be of a danger to the driver, the vehicle or other passengers
h) All Algarve Transfers Direct vehicles are non smoking vehicles and we also insist that passengers do not drink or eat on our vehicles. This is with the exception of bottled water and or baby foods etc.
i) Algarve Transfers Direct will endeavour to the best of our abilities to arrive at the Airport and at your destination on time. However, Algarve Transfers Direct can not be held responsible for any delays caused beyond our control. Algarve Transfers Direct have full insurance cover on the vehicles as required by Portuguese law. However, your own property is carried entirely at your own risk and Algarve Transfers Direct can accept no responsibility for loss or damage. Customers should check their own travel insurance.
j) Algarve Transfers Direct can not be held responsible for situations that are out of our control and cause you, the customer discomfort. For example.
accidents causing delays to Algarve Transfers Direct vehicles
severe weather conditions, floods etc
compliance with Police requests
This list is not full or exhaustive, these are only a few examples
k) Algarve Transfers Direct can be held liable for any losses incurred due to a breach in contract. In such cases of breach of contract Algarve Transfers Direct liability is 800€ per passenger.
l) Should Algarve Transfers Direct fail for any reason within our control to reach your destination, then Algarve Transfers Direct must provide you with alternative transport. The type of alternative transport will be decided by Algarve Transfers Direct and the cost reimbursed to you by Algarve Transfers Direct to the amount originally paid by you.
m) This contract and its terms within is governed by Portuguese Law
